I've received several calls from them the past week. I don't think that this is with Family Life because we've received calls from them before and their name is listed on the caller id (of course I could be wrong). I may answer it the next time to see who it is.

If you believe they are breaking some sort of law or solitation rules take it up with them and leave Family Life out of it. I agree that it is sketchy that they do not identify themselves, or give the reason they are calling. This is just bad business. The best thing to do is contact Family Life and make them aware of the poor tactics used by this company and urge them not to use them any more. Hit them where it hurts... in the wallet.
I simply dialed the number back, received the recording from Family Life, waited after the pause, and the recording offered to put me on their Do Not Call list if I pressed 1, they used caller ID to recognize my number and added it to their list.
My wife and I had attended one of their conferences in the past, and we may again, but I just don't want to be called by them in the future.
I have been receiving calls on my cell from this number over the last several weeks. Since I did not recognize the number I did not answer. They do not leave a message and call at different times during the day
I am familiar with Family Life Today a wonderful organization. I called the number listed on their website and spoke with a representative. Family Life Today was not aware someone is using their name to solicit donations. I explained about receiving calls from 501-588-1986, looking the number up on the Internet and this website for them to see for themselves.
how did these ppl get my #? its unlisted. i pay to have and keep it that way. i get SEVERAL calls from this # a DAY. thats just overdoing it and rediculous!
