This is the outgoing call line for Seterus Mortgage. You have a mortgage or loan that they service. Most likely a Fannie Mae loan. They are calling to "remind" you to make a payment. Their system places you in the "Q" to be answered after you pick up the call. Wait long enough and they will answer. This allows their people to work efficiency and not have to wait for you to answer. You now wait for them to answer and you never know you called them. The person will want you to identify yourself. Never do this until you know who you are talking to and you want them to know who you are.
Getting robo calls from these morons since they took over servicing for SunTrust. Lots of calls with no one answering on their end after I pickup. I called them and asked where my statement was, since I haven't received it yet (i'm current on my mortgage) They were all set to tell me where I could mail the payment, to which I responded no, because I want to know the due date, balance, amouynts applied to principal and interest and why haven't they paid the insurance company out of my escrow account yet?
Their response was 'Hold please'. That was 2 days ago, still waiting for their answer. The robo-calls are still coming, though...
I have been receiving phone calls from this company, I had no idea why they calling my cell phone for. they never leave a massage, finally i spoke to a very unprofessional rep , she keeping asking me for my loan and ss number.!! She wouldn't me the name of the company unless I give my loan #and my ss number. When told her i have no loan with any company, she apolized . and said ! Oh sorry we made a mistake!! I gave her a piece of my mind. I will report them to FTC I sick an tire of lousy company calling any day especailly at 8:58 in the morning, on a sunday. Everybody should report them to Federal trade commision, these [***] are using list of names without screening them.!!
