The call comes daily between 4:10 to 4:45 p.m. once after 7 pm. I am a chase customer, but have no mortgage. I HAD a mortgage and foreclosed and bankrupted BEFORE I became a chase customer. So, WHAT'S UP with this costing me minutes??? AND I DO HAVE blocked internet mobile spam on my cell.
Goodnesss sakes, my boss has had Seterus for a long time and they are a pain in the tookus. I too just got switched from BOA and I hate the online services, etc.
I got completely bamboozled on my mortgage (by CitiBank, they are crooks!). Rather than becoming homeless, I took the BAD deal. They sold my title to Seterus, and now my financial situation SUCKS! Avoid this company if you have any choice!
