I to have just recieved a call, did not answer but they left no message either. i tracked it to seterus. if they are doing all this why can't something be done about it? we the consumer bailed out the banks so for that we get seterus?
These people keep calling me and I'm not even a costumer there! They are my parents mortgage company and my mom and I have the same name. I have already told them that I am not my Mom and the lady claimed that my Mom must have listed my number on the account. This of course is BS. My parents are running late on their last payment so I guess Seterus decided they start harrasing their kid aka me!
I blocked this number, but it still gets thru on my phone. Apparently they must be spoofing their number... as in, the number that shows up on your phone is NOT the actual number they are calling you from... therefore when you block that display number, the call still comes thru. There should be a law against this.
they are screwing my credit because I didnt pay their bogus flood insurance escrow. They damn well knew I had flood insurance and claimed they never got the info from my insurance company. The condo is on the 14th floor.If anyone is game for a class action suit count me in!
