Hello- I'm having messy issues with Seterus, Inc. If a class action lawsuit is filed, count me in too!... Seterus, Inc. is looking out for one person and one person only. THEMSELVES! I've got a stack of complaints against them with major state and federal agencies. The BBB also. Get the word out on facebook about Seterus, Inc. and the crap they have put people through!... ;)
The company Seterus has been bad news for me, Chase sold our mortgage to Seterus ( which we never missed a payment in the 4 years we bought the house)
They refuse to even sent us a statement.They are a debt collector.
