The caller from CR Systems, Kim Young, was polite. However, the conversation seemed peculiar and was similar to many other conversations recorded here. She searched relatives of my mother and somehow found my telephone number. I actually am not sure if Young knew my name though. She kept stressing that I get her message and number (508) 553-1906 to my mother and that this was a personal matter that may become legal.
Very similar situation here... Ron Bates left a message about a debt that went unpaid... come on? $300 bucks?
I said I needed to call back in 15 minutes in order the check my balances...
He became hostile, incredibly rude, and verbally abusive!
refused to let me hang up...whilst threatening to continuouesly call me back with no regard for humanity or respect. I felt like I was in a battered relationship.
I was done with him.. I HUNG UP... checked my balance... and Paid My Bill in FULL!
Real arrogance and disrespect allowed by this company needs to be addressed. I hope that CR Systems would
rectify the manner in which their employees are expected to talk with Customers.
A guy saying his name is Ron Bates. VERY OBNOXIOUS and VERY RUDE and unprofessional. Saying he needed to collect for a medical bill that was overdue. We called our doctor, found out we did owe money so we paid the doctor directly - we were not going to send money to "Ron Bates" - screw him! He wouldn't even give us an address where to mail the money - he wanted it via credit card or debit card over the phone! Like I'd give money to a stranger over the phone - especially one who is such an a**hole! Be cautious of calls from this number. Do the investigating yourself and do not give him any personal info over the phone... and if possible, try to get a mailing address. I'd love to send a certified letter to management there... if any even exist. Good luck!
These parasites called my folks house looking for my ex-wife. "Steven Green" called, claimed he was an investigator and it was urgent that I call and talk to them. I called their number 508-553-1916 and SURPRISE! Green was out of the but Fred Stoddard(?) was his supervisor and he could help. Turns out they "think" they were looking for her father. Told them never to call my parents again, called both the Franklin PD and my parents' local PD and filed complaints. Intend to follow thru with the AG's Office and the FCC - I worked in telecom for years and this is the ONLY way to stop these people. They must be cheap since they are incompetent.
Wow, so I guess that I am not the only one who has been harrassed by and employee of C R Systems. The initial call I recieved was from Howard Fisk stating the same information that Susan, Jan 18th already wrote. I guess they must all have the same script. The call was in regards to an unpaid medical bill that the doctor's office made an error on. When I called back to talk to Mr. Fisk, he was not available, so I had the shear pleasure of speaking with Mr. Ron Bates. Not much different to report than what has already been stated about this ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL, SOB. After I stated my case and idicated that the doctor's office was at fault and that they previously told me that the bill was all set, he proceeded to state "Oh you really expect me to believe that, that is the lamest excuse I have ever heard. C'mon can't you come up with something better than that?" I was all set with him. I then spoke to Jennifer Gold, the office manager. She was just as rude and disrespectful. After my last conversation with Jennifer, I was told not to call that number again. If anyone has any more contact information about CR Systems, I would sure like to notify the Better Business Beaureau.
