The caller from CR Systems, Kim Young, was polite. However, the conversation seemed peculiar and was similar to many other conversations recorded here. She searched relatives of my mother and somehow found my telephone number. I actually am not sure if Young knew my name though. She kept stressing that I get her message and number (508) 553-1906 to my mother and that this was a personal matter that may become legal.
We have been receiving call from these slugs all year. We don't answer since the caller ID shows that the number is private. So they leave messages on our voice mail asking for someone who we don't know stating that a case number is coming up and its urgent that they speak with this person AND if this is the wrong number please call and notify us.
I decided to stop them from calling us. So I called. What I got was an obvious attempt to collect information about me from some punk with a lot of attitude. I told them nothing except for the case# (The same number they told me to use so that they could identify me if we called.)and that the person in question does not live with us.
IF this was any legitimate business that case number should have told them everything they needed to know.
Just received a call asking for my daughter by first name. I asked his name; he gave it as Robert Bates. I asked if he was a friend. He said that it was regarding a potential legal case, and his tone was becoming abrasive and terse. He said that he had been leaving messages for a month. I asked for his number because she wqs indisposed. He got even nastier because I wouldn't put her on. His call back number is 508-553-1911. The call registered as a private name and number on my caller ID. I am grateful to read everyone's statements so that I can better understand what's going on. Thank you all.
I was so happy to hear about someone elses unfortunate contact with these, PARASITES! Mr. Frank Meyer ( so he says)had contacted my 84 year old father-in law 3 weeks ago pertaining to a matter form 2005. At the time my son was 18, a senior in high school and had needed medical attention for an injury from football. Needless to say, My husband had lost his job the day before and our med. ins. had been canceled as of midnight the previous night before my sons appointment.It was never covered and three years later this Mr. Meyers is refusing to talk to myself or my husband and says my son is the responsible party for this debt.I explained to Meyers ( he doesn't deserve to be called Mr.)that my son was covered under my husbands company insurance plan and he( my son) was not responsible for this. He continued to call. Threatened to take my son to court for $ 300.Would ruin his credit.Each time we called him back( after his messages)his first response when answering the phone was "Who is this".Never addressed himself or the company he worked for, and when my husband called him back after he screamed at me , he would not give my husband the name of the company he worked when asked and refused to talk to him. He wanted to talk to my son! He also told me , I was trying to stall the payment by saying my attorney would be contacting him, after I received all the paper work they had pertaining to this matter, which he also refused to send."You don't have an attorney", he says.Three weeks previous on that call to my father in law who also told him he would not discuss any matter over the phone, paperwork needed to be sent. He never got a reply and yes my father- in- law is an attorney!
This A--hole is a disgrace to his company and totally unprofessional!
Are they that hard up for the commision that they need to be threatening?
I did contact the medical clinic were my son received treatment, a month ago and made arrangments to pay them. I owe them, not cr systems. This meyers will not make any money from me! I would so love to see him lose his job!!
Message from a young punk wanting to sound important. Said he name was Steve Laurie. Said it was in regard to a file and he needed a "statement". Called back met with rudeness and an attitude. Told me what it was about. It was an old medical co-pay 50 lousy bucks! I called the Dr. office directly and paid them. Steve gets no commission. I plan to right a letter to Franklin MA PD and explain that this clown was trying to come off as a COP. Now I just call and hang up on them from time to time.
