I got this exact same call today, mine was from Doris Johnson in Richmond VA. she said I had a payday loan from 2008-2011 while I was in the Navy. She knew my address, my bank was navy federal, and that I was in the navy. Really scary and I have never gotten a payday loan in my life. I'm glad to see that this is a scam.
I called back and they were looking for a lady name Nicole because she was using this number before AT&T assigned it for me. And there is a lawsuit against her for loan or something. I told representative I don't know Nicole and he appologized and told me he would get me off call list.
Got a call from this number saying if didn't contact attorney then I would be liable but don't know for what? It is a scam, never said my name but tried to make you think you need to call them right now1
