No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers.  You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!

Called my cell today in Texas, cannot stand this BS..just get a job

had this number as a missed call ,  called it and it said something about Srs and it activated switching my service?  It was some type if recording?  Anyone hear the same?

Answered the phone, and was cussed at when I asked them to remove me from their call list.
