No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
I received call today 3/4/2014 regarding how to lower my interest rate. Asked company name, he said Mc/visa. I told him this is the 2 and x I've been called and I'm not interested and please remove me from your list...he starts yelling at me saying...for god sake, I'm not selling you realistate in Florida..then he called me a [***] and hung up....515 700 0000. I did some research..its intralata pic validation. Iowa. I did find a zip code of 50309. Basically there is no way to track. However next time I'm going to play along and get as much info as possible..so I can warn others and report them..
I got the same call from 515-700-000 and pushed one to tell them I want off their call list, they asked why I don't want lower interest rates, I said because I don't please take me off your call list! That when he turned into an a$#hole and said he was going to turn off my credit card, name calling ensued, said he was going to turn off my card over and over, more name calling.
Man, do I miss the days when you could slam the phone down!!!!
