No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
These call are NOT from a charity. They are a scam from "Card Hold Services", "Account Services" or whatever you want to call them. They are all the same. They want your credit card information.
I received a call from this number. A young Indian man. All I said was: PLEASE take me off you calling list.
He said: How old are you?
I: That is not important. I want you to take me off you calling list.
HE: How old are you?
I: How old are you?
He: I am 65.
I: I am 75. Take me off your list.
HE: What is your BRA size?
I: I am reporting your phone call to the authorities and to your company.
And, I hung up.
He was smug, offensive and laughing. I hate these calls.
How did they get my cell phone number that I never, never give out; probably paid to get it, or another scam to get it. Yes, Baloney is SPELLED BOLOGNA! It is not SPELT boloney. So much fun with all of these scammers. Terrible, terrible, terrible. They could probably make more money if they got a real job.
