No clue who it is. Probably some scam like most numbers. You can download and app called Mr. Number to hang up on calls or send to voicemail. It works great!
Not sure if it is a dialing machine. My husband just got a call on his cell phone from this number and a couple of minutes later I got one. We don't give out our cell numbers generally and our numbers are nowhere near each other as one would expect from an auto dialer. The first 3 numbers of our phone numbers are WAY apart. We never answer numbers we don't know.
Long ago I realized that this was a telemarketer of some type. I do not ever answer the calls, but they are annoying in that they come sometimes when I am startled or annoyed by them. If you have any way to get them to stop, please do. Thank you very much.
