A recorded message is telling me that if I have unfiled tax returns or tax debt, they will help me negotiate it. Be careful with these types of calls, as they will try to get you to pay them to file an "Offer in Compromise" with the IRS, which is VERY RARELY ACCEPTED by the IRS unless you have become dirt-poor, but they still will get a nice fee uprfront from you anyway. Better to go to either an experienced CPA or Tax Lawyer, cost will not be much different.
I also received a call from this number. All my Caller I.D. says is that it is for "Tax Relief." I am on the Do Not Call list and suggest that you go to their site and file a complaint. If enough people do that maybe it will make a difference.

Call blocking phones are very inexpensive $40-$60 and they come with, at least, one wireless handset. Very, very convenient.

Uniden and Panasonic make CALL BLOCKING telephones. They’re cheap - $40-$60 and they usually come with a 2nd wireless handset. COSTCO & AMAZON SELL THEM.
They work beautifully! These phones also block “PRIVATE”, “OUT OF AREA” and "UNKNOWN" calls!!!
I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable. I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.
NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS. THEY CAN’T GET THROUGH!
We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.
