I recieve calls from this number at least a couple of times daily. When you answer it remains silent. At least one time the caller ask for my spouse by her first name and then hung up. I reversed called the number and got someone who did not have a clue that a call had been made.
Received a 551-111-1111 call this morning, caller id name is "New Jersey". No one answered on the other end....hung up the phone. Could be a pre-call to be followed up later, just to check if your phone number works and is active....anyway, as the young people and many older people say, "They suck".
I get calls from 551-111-1111 as well, same issues as reported in the blog here, no answer, insessant nearly once a day frequency. I also did business with Summer Bay resorts a couple years ago. I also refused to complete my package. Interesting link with Sleepless in Seattles' report.
Same here I bought a package from Summer Bay resorts 5 years ago if not longer... Any sales call that happens to be something I may be interested in I always ask for there number and call them back. This number called my house today I answered it with a blunt hi, knowing it was sales. the line was silent so I asked CAN I HELP YOU. And the guy said may I speek with Dawn? I replyed this is her and he hung up. I guess my tone in my voice was already telling him don't bother. I'm so sick of getting calles from summer bay resorts renewal offers. If I didn't use all of the last one. Why would I use the renewal?
