I also did business with Summer Bay resorts a couple years ago.  

Best advice I ever found - save the number to your address book as "Another Idiot Telemarketer"

Makes for great fun when they call the next time and that name pops up as the caller.  Then, just hit the ignore button.

Been gettting calls from this number  as well. If they get the answer machine.They hang  up.
If answer the call they listen and hangup as well.

How do you stop them from calling?

just call the following number and tell them whats going on. They said they would remove my number from the list - Phone: 352-242-1100.
