i got a call earlier this evening from this #, they asked from someone w/a strange name so, i just told them that i believed they had the wrong # b/c my name is " ". i just recieved a restricted call about 15 minutes ago w/no answer when i picked up. this creeped me out b/c i rarely get restricted calls, & i watched a scary movie earlier. lol. i do wonder if the 2 calls r related.
Your story is identical to mine. I bought this package a few years back, too. I wasn't able to take advantage of it. I renewed the package when they called me back last year (I believe it cost another $100). Now, they call at least 3 times a week. I always get a dial tone when either my machine picks up or if I answer myself. It's very annoying. How do you know for sure this is Summer Bay Resorts # ?
I have received many such calls - not just 551-111-1111. Check with your phone company see if they can block the call. Verizon allows me to block up to five numbers at no charge for three months. Not having these calls gives me peace. Especially when I'm on the golf course, getting ready to drive.
