I have been receiving calls asking for some spanish sur-name.
I have perfect credit. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling my number.
All you on here making complaints about this company. Come this Monday
morning I intend to call my states Consumer Protection Agency, State Attorney
General's office as well as the better business bureau.
I spoke to my attorney this morning and am meeting her at her office Tuesday afternoon.
I intend to do more than just complain.
On another note, this agency ( American Credit 570-706-8800) after I snapped at them
that I was not and did not know the person whom they were calling for, then tried to sell me
a secured credit card. I', on both the Federal and State do not call lists.
REPEAT--THIS COMPANY WITH THE NUMBER OF 570-706-8800 IS AMERICAN CREDIT AND
IS NOT PENN FOSTER.
I keep getting these calls three to four times a day 6 days a week, no one ever leaves a message.
The telephone number is 570-706-8800. Don't recognize the number and no message I will not answer it.
Have received 3 calls today for a Gene or Jean Tasgettie ... Don't know this person and no one here by that name. Went to web site to send them message, but no customer service tab. How do I get them to stop???
It is a shoddy debt collector that PURCHASED the debts from a third party. They are NOT the debt collector Penn Foster originally contracted with. The owner and employees are under investigation and are being sued in a class action suit by an attorney in Pennsylvania.
