I have been receiving calls asking for some spanish sur-name.
I have perfect credit. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling my number.
All you on here making complaints about this company. Come this Monday
morning I intend to call my states Consumer Protection Agency, State Attorney
General's office as well as the better business bureau.
I spoke to my attorney this morning and am meeting her at her office Tuesday afternoon.
I intend to do more than just complain.
On another note, this agency ( American Credit 570-706-8800) after I snapped at them
that I was not and did not know the person whom they were calling for, then tried to sell me
a secured credit card. I', on both the Federal and State do not call lists.
REPEAT--THIS COMPANY WITH THE NUMBER OF 570-706-8800 IS AMERICAN CREDIT AND
IS NOT PENN FOSTER.
Wow.. Just talked to this guy... amazing. Total Jerk [***] [***]. Im actually shocked they are still in business. You dont get to talk to people like that even if they dont pay their bills. Jimminy christmas. How do people sleep at night?

I received a call from this number and left a message I could not understand. I called the number back and all I could hear was a women yelling at someone saying something about (to the person she was yelling at) "you never told me you weren't on the acccount" and I mean yelling! What kind of company is this? She then got on the phone and yellled "hello" and I promptly hung up I decided I didn't want to deal with these people no matter what after hearing what she was saying to the other person. Aren't there some kind of laws or integrity left in business and why are this people in business ? They should obviously be shut down immediately. No business has the right to talk to people like that.
Someone calls and asks for Eugene Jacobs. I've never heard of this person and have had this number for 12 years, but they get nasty when I say so. I keep blocking their number and they just find another number to call from and endlessly call here. I even gave them real numbers for people of that name in my area code last week, and they still call me and act hateful. It's especially disturbing because now I have to keep my phone off while I'm at work and I used to always keep it on in case of a family emergency.
Today they did leave a callback number on voicemail (a first) of 1-855-207-1892. I just blocked them (again).
