Maybe they should try something different. I have never had a payday loan and I am fuly aware of who my creditors are. Legitimate Creditors don't threaten and swear.....find a jar, grow a brain
This seems certain to become a problem.
Just received a phone call from them, and I have only had this phone number for a week.
My telephone is a pre-paid, "burner" phone, the number has not been given out to anyone, so my name and address are not in any way associated with the number. And since it is a pre-paid number, the caller must be looking for the previous number holder. (As I understand it, pre-paid numbers are not recycled for at least 60 days...)
According to what I've been able to determine from an on line search this company is a debt collector acting under the auspices of an attorney's office.

These people are a scam!! They have been calling me and leaving threading messages for about a month.. I am very aware of my credit report and recently requested a copy of my credit report because I was going to buy a new car. A rude woman named "Marissa" told me she was going to sue me and that I should pay my bills on time. I told her she was inappropriate and she shouldn't talk to me in such a treating manner. I then asked her what information she had on me. She did have my current address but no apartment number. But then when she read the last 4 numbers of my social it was incorrect! I'm warning everyone! Don't send these fake attorneys a dollar! Do your research and you can get a free credit report once a year on annualcreditreport.com
And ask them to verify your social right away!
I love reading these reviews ! Aside from the bad spelling here is something to think about. You didn't complain when the creditor lent you the money you spent before you became delinquent. You gave your word and signed a contract stating you would, no matter what happens, pay the money back per the contract you signed. Now the creditor has to hire a lawyer to get you to pay back the money that you legally owe? Who seems rude and ghetto now? A grown adult hiding behind their answering machines? You have to grow up sometime and be a resonsible adult. What's that say about your morales, integrity, or character? Your sense of entitlement is mindblowing ! You don't like the calls? Try being an adult and handle your responsibilities ! How would you like it if someone owed you money and hid from your calls? Show some pride and pay back what you legally owe!
Unfortunately, there are extortionists who have no regard for the law, who will use bad, outdated or invented information to force people to pay bills they do not even owe.
If the caller cannot prove in writing that the bill is valid, don't bother.
