This may or may not be a legitimate number for Comenity Bank but as phone numbers are easily spoofed, better to not give the caller any personal information. Instead hang up and call a known number for them, such as the one on the back of your card or on your statement. NEVER give some random caller personal information, no matter whom they claim to be.
For whatever reason, the call went straight to voicemail; it's recorded as them calling from 614.754.4051 but the message instructed me to call 800.695.2780. I've called neither of them back yet, thought I'd check the board first. Now I'm more confused than ever because I have 2 credit cards and neither of them are listed in the comments.
Watch your credit card accounts with Commenity Bank. They charge you fees on top of fees. I paid off my balance, but they seem to still have assessed me with more fees after the pay off.
I've never even heard of Women Within and have NEVER ordered from them but yet this company is calling me?! They don't even say what it's about, just "an urgent matter" and to call them back ASAP.
