This may or may not be a legitimate number for Comenity Bank but as phone numbers are easily spoofed, better to not give the caller any personal information. Instead hang up and call a known number for them, such as the one on the back of your card or on your statement. NEVER give some random caller personal information, no matter whom they claim to be.
in an 11 hour dat I've received 9 phone calls from 3 different phone numbers...Owen Corning or Comenity....If this is a debt collector Im sure they are looking for some woman named Carol who had this number 5 years ago. Unbelievable, they never leave a message just drive me crazy all day...and I don't owe anyone any money
They call asking for my daughter who has moved out years ago and has not used our home phone number for even longer, will not say what call is for, they are rude and hang up when asked a question.
It is illegal for any company to call you before 9am in your time zone or after 9pm. Answer and talk over the report if you have to. Let them know you are only going to talk about their illegal actions and that you will pursue a legal action if they don't stop.
Heidi this is harassment. Answer and only talk about it being harassment. They can legally only call you up to 3 times a day between 9am and 9am in your time zone.
