This may or may not be a legitimate number for Comenity Bank but as phone numbers are easily spoofed, better to not give the caller any personal information. Instead hang up and call a known number for them, such as the one on the back of your card or on your statement. NEVER give some random caller personal information, no matter whom they claim to be.
was checking this number to find out who Owens Corning is. Found out that this is the same outfit that has called me 24 times in 4 days and had used 4 different numbers. This makes the 5th number that they have used. I never answer.
They keep calling starting at eight in the morning 614 754 4051 614 212 5166 614 212 5164 etc. I also do not owe money to any of the affiliated companies. I do not answer and have to clear the missed calls message from my phone constantly.
If this number is Comenity Bank & my caller ID says Owens Corning...that is a direct violation & definite harrassment!!! Shut these scumbags down already--our government isn't doing enough to stop this kind of harrassment.
I get these calls at least 3 times a day, starting before 8 a.m. I know it's Full Beauty. The first month they said they didn't get a payment, the next month they said my bank denied charges. I checked with my bank and they said no charges were ever put up to be approved. I told them this and said I will be mailing statements from now on, which I did, but still non stop calls.
I filed for bankruptcy and the companies I had accounts for seemed to know, why is it that the actual bank does not? I have provided my bankruptcy information numerous times and they continue to call. Good thing I have a lawyer it is now in the lawyers hands.
