This may or may not be a legitimate number for Comenity Bank but as phone numbers are easily spoofed, better to not give the caller any personal information. Instead hang up and call a known number for them, such as the one on the back of your card or on your statement. NEVER give some random caller personal information, no matter whom they claim to be.

Reporting them to the police will do nothing. If they called you at 8 am they are within the law., as it allows collection calls between 8 am and 9 pm your time.
