If a person owed Chase money through debt collection than a letter should be sent. For all we know scammers can check on public records who owed debt and pretended to be any bank or debt collection for banks.

For instance, if you close you checking account agreeing on the amount that you have in your account by their calculations and get your money and go home, if they made a mistake ,according to Chase, you need to bring their ten dollars back. They will call you until you die every single day. Most annoying bank in their world.
the number has variations. Mine is 614-890-1031. Chase does not call from any number but a 1-800 number. Its somebody who hacked you. Call both numbers. I called the 614 and chase is closed. Called real chase number...Not so. They are a scam artist. Dont give them info. They hacked me due to my stupidty and applyin for a loan online.
