I return the call, it was Chase. I do owe like 50 bucks so I believe this is a real call.

Nope, fake. Chase, or any bank, would call from an 800 or 888 number.

They call but leave no message ALL DAY LONG

Called, left no message.  It's not chase.

Not true.  I work in a call center a major auto financial services company and our outbound collections calls are from a regular number.
