There is something very fishy about these people. I just called them back on a different number 626-851-8253. I simply asked what court houses they worked with and she hung up on me.
I tried again and asked if they could call the inglewood courthouse with me on the phone and she hung up on me. These people are frauds.
I have been getting calls on and off over the past year. Everytime they have called I have sent them a fax with a reciept for the payment to the Inglewood courthouse. I keep asking them to confirm they recieved the fax but they will not call me back or fax me back.
These people must be frauds. I would not suggest giving them any information.
I received a letter from "GC Services"/ collection agency stating I owe them $475 for a moving violation in 2001! It makes no sense. I did traffic school and my record has been clear! I spoke with them and they asked me to pay for it per Fresno Court otherwise they can have my license suspended - if they haven't already! This freaked me out. So I gave my checking acct number on Friday...over the weekend it got me thinking too much - so They state paying for it and taking traffic school are not necessarily linked completely. with all that being said, I placed a stop on the check and I contacted dmv - and they said to contact the court house... but the court house is impossible to get a hold of... can they make this more difficult!!!
I received a call on Saturday 3-8-08 for a ticket that I am already making monthly payments on. The problem with this call is that the person that called repeatly asked me for my banking account # so that the courts can take note of me taking care of my obligations. I told that I already went to court & that I was and am making payments. It was like the didnt hear me so I hung up and called back to see if this number was legit but I could not get through. Oh yeah she had called me on my cell phone.
Even if you KNOW you have cleared your tickets, call them to make sure! They can suspend your license, impound your car, garnish your wages and put you behind bars. Even if its been cleared! People make mistakes, call them and clear up their mistake before you have a MAJOR headache.
These people call all times of the day and night three to four times a week. Never a word said on the other end. Last 5-15 seconds and then the line goes dead
This is GC Services. They have called at least once a day for the last several months, but not until today did anyone come on and talk. Told the caller on all tgree calls I wasn't who he was looking for. Finally told him that he knew t5he law and there were consequence to his harassment. Will see.
