I got a message from my sister in law saying some was trying to reach me in a urgent matter when I called it was answered Micheal Michael Green Associates the number was 844 717 3760 saying that I had three charges against me is this real how do I find out???
The number I just today got a call from is 885-381-3514 ext 576 saying I was being taken to court but if I agreed to pay 700 bucks I could settle this she wanted payment today witch since I'm broke didn't have it I was leary but have such bad credit don't have an actual credit card
I received that same phone call from the same #...... 1-855-381-3514...... This is a scam. The lady I spoken with actually tried to talk with me on a personal note and was real unprofessional. Supposedly I was default on a $3000 loan and they would settle for $500. Really C'mon Man!!!!! She even went as far as asking me to instagram her and some how she sent her profile info to my personal cell. (where they do that at?) Her scam name is Amanda White and instagram profile name is ZINO220....
Got the same call from a 418 # they wanted my bank info n said I would be served with warrant had to pay 500$ n if I didn't I would have to go to court n pay 3000 when I ask for prof they said they would send email n letter in mail never got it B'S (SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM)
OMG OMG OMG! I gave them my info because I had just got out of court and I was fearful because I had just had a warrant out on me, normally in my right mind I usually check all names and numbers but because the judge here had just scared the crap out of me. I gave them my prepaid card info but I am in a temp place basically homeless OMG what can I do besides cancel my card?????
You had better cancel it asap before they take you completely to the cleaners. And report them. Links below (see Tamianths post), to the appropriate agency's.
