I received a call today and told them the person they're looking for doesn't exist, and I asked who they were. The stupid guy said he was a "doctor", afterwards he asked for my name. Whatever!!
I got a call from someone this morning (03/03/2009) at 6:47 AM. This person was harrasing my wife about a past bill she had. I understand that but I asked her to sop calling so early and i hung up the phone. Then she proceeded to call eventually waking up my 7 month of daughter who is a pain to get to sleep. My wife and I both work late nites so after the 5th time I asked for her manager and she called back and would not give me her manager, I used the *60 trick from Comcast - worked like a charm. Thank you whoever said that
Constant calls - early morning - mid afternoon - early evening - late evening - when answered they ask series of questions - when refused to answer questions - they were angry, rude and hung up and proceeded to call right back - I no longer accept the calls
