There calling my home also. Have no idea who they are calling for, but they think otherwise. I've told them to stop calling, the person they want does not live here. I'm sure they don't care who pays them, even if your name's not on the bill. I'm using coldcallblocker on my pc to hang up on these morons. Looking into filing a lawsuit too. In the mean time I'm registered with donotcall . gov so every call they make they receive an $11K fine. Sure hope that bill they want to collect is worth more than that - lol.

I received calls at home for about a week now, same times 8:12a.m. and 6:45p.m., daily, then just now, I received same on my cell. Because I am currently a job seeker and interviewing, I answered. Caller identified himslef as "J" or "Jay" Smith (an American!) and that he was calling on behalf of Amercian Express. RUDE doesn't begin to explain his attitude. I told him that I was in a hospital, and not in an area where I could speak, and I asked him where to phone him back. His exact words, "Do you expect me to believe that? If you were in a hospital, you wouldn't be answering the phone because it is not allowed, what do you take me for?" When I googled this number, and saw 6 pages of complaints and solutions, I was happy to join into this ongoing complaint. I will take the advice and thank those of you who took the time to research this and provide tactics to take against these harrassing calls. This is my first time to Google a number, and so glad it works!!
