Who called from 7035421721

Left message stating he was from the IRS and a lawsuit was filed against me and to call him before they issue a warrant for my arrest.

I just got this threatening phone call about 45 minutes ago on my machine.  He gave his name and stated he was with the IRS and that there was a warrant out for my arrest and to call him first before more action was taken

There is a widespread IRS (or CRA) or "tax scam" being  practiced by scammers on both USA and Canadian residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

This hard to understand person is calling himself Jason O'Conner, claiming to be from the IRS...same old story: call back to avoid a warrant being issued for tax evasion, blah blah blah.. Clearly not falling for this,but how do you block these callers?  I'm angry that my number is available to these jerks. Suggestions?

Just received a call from this number.  Person said it was Jason O'Connor, from the IRS, and that there has been a lawsuit file against me for tax evasion.  I should call this number before the Sheriff comes to arrest me.
