Just called 706-659-9110 spoke to Danielle. Called me a b**** after I asked for her company name and gave me attitude. Told me she was sending "deputies" to my place of employment and I said oh to my job at Jamba Juice? (I don't work at Jamba Juice) and she said "yes, I dispatched them, they're on their way to arrest you" what is wrong with these people???
Calling and threatening to serve me with papers for a civil suit, using my previous last name. Phone number it states to call is 706-659-9110. Doesn't leave the name of the company they are calling from...is a robo-call.
I received the same call today. I didn't call the 706 number back. I called back the local number that they called me from and was answered by a really rude woman who kept asking me to verify my social security number. I didn't verify (terrifyingly though she had the correct number). She kept saying that I took out an Internet loan in 2012 and defaulted on it and would be served and charged with theft and fraud unless I settled this right now. She got angrier by the minute when I asked questions and eventually hung up on me. I alerted my local sheriff's department.
Same story as everyone else's. As stated by Florence they had my FULL SS#, DOB, an OLD address, even provided a Suntrust bank acct# (in its entirety). Got all this info from the first call, just received a second call from 423.281.3014 left message that is where the 706-659-9110 number comes from.
