Have received calls from this number. They are looking for a Crystal Prader or Prather. Don't know her. Asked to have my number removed from their data base. Lady was very rude! Blocked from receiving any further calls from these idiots.
I got the same message as everyone else. I asked for the name of the company they are calling about and the phone number and they refused. The so called debt is over 5 years old according to the date they are giving and the just started calling.
I got a call from this number saying that I defaulted on a intranet loan in 2011 that I would have never taken out. The lady was yelling at me over the phone and said she was filing a civil suit and going to suspend my driver license and have a deputy come and serve me papers at my work.
My mom got a call on her phone from 706-659-9110 and it said the same as everyone else is saying but at the end the recording mentions my name ??? not sure what or who this is but it has to be a scam
Yes this is a scam. They have tried it several times on me. They have to give you the company name and their license number to do business in your state. Also it is against Federal Law for them to discuss any collections with anyone besides you or your attorney or have you served at your place of employment. I just call them back and start yelling and they leave me a lone for a while. If you are profane enough in the first sentence they hang up.
