It's a scam. I have never had a payday loan - never. The address they have is not mine, not my bank, not my employer and not my email address. They refuse to provide written documentation of said loan. Today they claimed to be a law firm, but I cannot find them online (what a surprise). Miss Yeager says they do not have to follow the Fair Credit Collection Act since they are not trying to collect a debt but settle a civil law suit. Scam, scam, scam. I blocked their number.

Today they threatened to take my driver's license (wow that's a new one) said they will see me in court. I said, I can't wait for you to try to prove all this phony information. She told me not to call again. Big mistake. For a good time call: 706-659-9110

If it's a civil suit they can't have you arrested just for starters. Or take your driver's license as they claimed today. Just keep calling them and tying up their lines - one less call they are able to make to others. I like jerking them around all that I can, what are they going to do a thousand miles away? And who are they going to complain too? Today I asked if her mother was proud of her stealing from others?
The dummies just did the same to me, called me the b-word and called me a dumba** three times. So, in turn, I'm blowing up their phone, back, to back, to back, to back. I've hit redial for about an hour now. It's fun to harass the scammers:-)
This company's robo-caller called me from 225-414-2053 and left a message that said to contact 706-659-9110: Processor at your home or place of employment due to a civil suit being filed against you...if I have the power company in order...in order for this process to be stopped you must contact our office at 406-659-9110 reference case number 72371...to this message...contacted by the county processor...required to have two forms of identification ...time document and if you want to...I won't present...will be required to sign for you and deliverd to send to you personally have been officially notified.
The first person who I spoke (African American woman, I believe her name was Ms. Franklin) with when I called the number back stated that she was about to put me in jail. She tried to verify information that was not correct. She mentioned 2011, but the job she had listed I have not been there since 2009/2010. So I told her do not scam me because I do not have a bank account in the name of the bank she named. She got angry and hung up.
I called back, then a lady named Danielle (African American) answered, she told me that she had my bank statement in front of her and a bad check I wrote and I told her she's lying because I don't even have, nor have I ever owned checks. She called me a dumbass and hung up.
I called back and Danielle said" [***] you're still a dumbass" and hung up again.
Called a fourth time, and "Susie Yeager" another African American female refused to give me her badge number and hung up.
Just so no one's confused, I'm African American also, so no race baiting here! I'm just providing descriptions of the idiots.
I DO NOT OWE THESE SCAMMERS ANY MONEY!!! This is NOT the first time I've received such a call! The last one told me I should've drowned in the flood in Louisiana!!!
So I'm just blowing up their phone, calling back to back...been going on for an hour now :-)
