I came home from work and had a message from this woman stating that I had to call this number and gave me this phone number to call back on. something about being a state and legal problem and I had to use this case number she gave me. Then she said I had to call back before they started legal action. My boss told me if if was legal action, they would contact me by mail and not leave a message on the phone. Apparently this is a scam, so i just didn't call it back. She didn't give a company or even an lawyers name. if it was a legal situation, they would of at least given the name of the lawyer or attorneys office name.
This lady called my work asking for another employee, I transferred her over and she refused to leave a message. She called back and accused me of hanging up on her. She accused me of pretending that I was someone else. Ms. Joanne Smith was the name of the person who called. Her direct number is 716-242-5202
She is not a person of power and is only a collector. She labels herself as an investigator, she has no power to collect money, or call attorneys. her threats are FALSE.
Please continue to report her and the company that she works for which is Unified PS Group. You can contact them at 888-407-2067 to report harassment. Be advised, the person who answers the phone will also shockingly rude!
Don't call 616 308 7739 , 937 602 6016 or 616 719 1932 ever again or I will file a harassment lawsuit against you. You people are rude and careless. A complaint with court system and attorney will be my next step. Thank you
A very rude, abrupt woman called my cell phone looking for an Adrian Cordova who has listed my cell number as his. She even got my name right. Prior to that a 1-888-407-2067 number (which appears to be a company called Unified PS Group - debt collectors?) I do not know of an Adrian in any of my circle of friends and he is certainly not a relative of mine.
These people are very rude and don't like questions!!!! Do Not call me again or my place of employment....does the word Harassment mean anything to you!!!! I have notified the county about this. THANK YOU!!!!
joanne smith...said she had been trying to reach me for some time. I have never heard of a law suit that was being filed via phone. I took out a payday loan once. I paid it off but didnt pay the interest... just the principle. Finally they wanted the $200 and I paid it (not with Joanne Smith). So I gave them bank info. they went into my account and withdrew $800, TWICE! I had to close my account. These payday loans are unsecured. Most of them tell you that early on however, how can you pay the loan when scammers are calling you and draining your acct? Its a mess. The moral is...dont do a pay day loan. its appealing to get money the next day but they are predatory loans that are not secure and make a mess for everyone involved. if you dont have the money now, you likely wont have it later, plus hundreds in interest.
