These MoFo's NCS (some rude [***] who calls himself mr duke) just called me and stated I owe wells fargo $1548 for an old bounced check from 2009 which I never wrote or remember writing and that I will be arrested by the LA county sherif dept next week.. I was shocked. I told him I will investigate this and take matters into my own hands. he started muscling me and being very verbally absuive. he claims he's a litigator.... LOOOLLLLLL........ I googled the company name and voila, this site pops up.. beware of these MoFo's. they're major FRAUD!!!!! beware!!!!!!!!!!...

I just received a call from this company and they verified my name as the person they were looking for. Without taking a breath the woman start spouting off information about a payday advance and defrauding a financial institution. She rattles off the last 4 of a social security number which do not belong to me and i just let her finish her spiel and ask her after she finally asks me if i want to take care of this now. I simply stated, "Now that you are finished, can you please tell me again the social you said before for the person you are looking for?". She proceeded to give me this man's full social security number that happens to share my name. When i asked if the line was being recorded because she just gave me some man's full social security number. I have been a victim of Identity Theft once before so i asked to speak to a manager and the woman became very hostile and would not let me speak again. I hung up and called back getting a man with a slight New Jersey accent and i asked him to speak to a manager, told him what happened and he would not let me speak either. I asked him to stop talking for a minute so i could speak and he said, "Why don't you quit being a scum bag and pay your F#&king bills, I know you are the C*#k who owes us money"
A man called this morning and said he was Investigator Jennings. He is very rude. He said, one of my family members was about to was about to get subpoena and the court papers were going to be filed. Who are these people? If you call the number it says, NCS Credit Solutions. The number is 1-866 575-4903 ext 214.
It is a scam company. They are very rude people. They should not even be harassing people. Block, Block and Block them from your phone please. Block them forever. They need a training course in dealing with people.
Received a call at 7:19 pm in 6/27/13. Did not answer but a woman left a message to contact her at the number: 716-677-4883. Googled company name and came up with your site.
I have had 2 phone calls in the last 4 months from this company. today was my second. i called the number and when i talked to a operator the first thing i said was before i give any information they hung up. the second time i called the guy answered and i said the same thing he started hitting numbers i said what was that he said he was dialing i then asked why he said to get you off the phone. 3rd time i called i talked to a lady and she said she removed my number from a call list because they were asking for a female and i am obviously not a female.
I began doing research on the company and i found this board since i found out it was a scam i have been since prank phone calling them. i was told by a scammer that my maturity level was at a low so i told them that there was problem with their account and told them the same bull crap they told us its pretty fun. Mrs tow is the best he is a younger black male who began beat boxing in my ear so i keep hanging up until i get him. Nerds.
