I was on hold on another call when this # clicked in on call waiting. All it said was New York. I didn't pick it up, but did a search because I thought it might be a business call. This is how I found this site. I am wondering what connection this has with Key Bank. Did Key Bank have information stolen that this person is using?
Receive daily hang up calls from this number but I'm not sure what to do about it.
I've tried calling back, and they asked for my full name, and address. I refused to give them the address, and asked for an associate number and a name. I then called my local key bank, and they said they'd talk to their manager. But nothing happened, we still get calls.
Then just today received a courtesy call, and was transferred all over the place leading to a dead end.
Any suggestions anyone?

they keep calling from KEY 1-716-838-7271 leaves no message. I have never ever had a account with KEY bank or a auto or mortgage loan......I am on the NYS DO NOT CALL LIST!!
