I received a call from this number this evening.  They were trying to find a man from Georgia that missed a court appearance.  The name they gave was my dead uncle's. Didn't tell them that. They called me by name and even knew my x-wifes name.  I gave them no info.  I pressed *69 and got the number and of cousre the number is always busy. I'm also going to report this to the police and who ever else will listen.

Receved a call from these people.  They are debt collectors not an attorney's office.  They will tell you every lie that can be thought of.  Report them to the better business breau in Bufflo N.Y. (716)881-5222.  Also call of fax the n.y. bar association.(518) 463-3200.  Be sure to tell them that they are representing themselves as Attorney's.  If you wish, also call your State Attorney's Generals office and report this misreprensation.  Their call back number is 866 450-5702.  Have all your friends give them a call everyday for a few week just to say hello!

Carolyn Cook of Hoffman Weinberg & O'Brien 866-450-5702 ext 109 called caller ID showed 716-923-7405 she asked for a peron with my same last name -made it sound like a legal matter. Took her info and Googled it - glad to know this is B.S. collection crap.

This was a case identity theft that happened a long time ago and has gone past the statue of limitations. I want to know how these people got my personal cel phone numbers?When I asked,The woman said they retained it from a government data base. [email protected]

I was called by this company back in June. I thought they were a collection agency, so I hung up every time they called. They sent me letters saying they were taking me to court. I didnt believe them so I didnt think much of it and continued to ignore them. In July they had me served with a summons for court. I now have a judgement filed against me, and the have started to garnish my wages. Now everybody at work knows about my money problems. This is a complete mess. Its costing me twice as much as if i would have just paid it. This company is for real, I wouldnt ignore them if I were you.
