Who called from 7189894671

I got a call from this number which went to VM. The message identified the caller as investigative officer David Marshal from site investigation department who was pursuing legal case against my name and identity. The message indicated that my identity was under state investigation. It also stated that there were some legal charges against my name and if I did not return the call immediately, then he would be starting the procedure for the case against me. The caller had a weird heavy accent. It sounded like a phony message and hence I checked on the internet and found that others have also been receiving similar calls from the same number.

I received a call from Max Wilson - 718-989-4671 and Caller ID said STSTEN IS FING at 10:30 am this morning.

A Chinese accent man after confirming me on line passes on a call to this supervisor Max Wilson. He said 3 attorneys are also monitoring this call so I have to be specific.

Caller said he is calling from Dept of justice and I have due from IRS - $ 2785.10 and asked me if I am willing to settle this amount now.

He threatened me that if I don't pay the amount I will be arrested and my citizenship will be revoked and I will be sent back to my country.

He also threatened that he will freeze all my bank accounts and my Social Security Number will be cancelled. I have no tax due to IRS and maybe it is a call from a spammer.

he is keep repeting the same thing I was repeting the same thing   and finaly he hangup

My parents got a call from this number. They almost got scammed. Same name-WIlson. They were told the same thing, that they owed taxes, and someone would come to arrest them in 30 minutes. They told my Dad to stay at home, and they kept him on the line, while they had my mom go to the bank (and they kept on the line on the cellphone the whole time). She withdrew the money from the bank and went to the CVS. At the CVS they asked her why she wanted to buy $2,401.10 on a gift card, and she told them she was being threatened with arrest. Thankfully the workers at CVS told her it was a scam and she should not fall for it.
So she came back home.

My parents are such idiots.
