Well, even after I posted last I continued to receive phone calls from this company. Vented on the registry, actually had these guys call me at past 8 in the evening one time. I did find out that the company I got my home loan with had released my personal information and if I wanted my personal information kept to myself then I had to call a phone number to get taken off the list. They don't tell you this until 6 months after the fact and hundreds of harassing phone calls later! Since I removed my personal information from any lists (that I know of at the moment), I have not received a call from the Mortgage Inv again. It's still a bunch of bull that I have to spell it out that I want my private info kept as that, private.
Getting these multiple times a day. Yesterday I answered one and the guy asked if I (well it was close to my name) was there and I answered that's pretty close. He hung up. Later more calls, next day more. Signed up for the do not call this last time after reading these reports. TX resident, if they persist then I will contact the stage AG's office.

What lists did you target? There seems to be an unending supply of lists out there. Did you contact your mtg company directly? Do you have a VA loan? It sounds like Mtg Inv targets those with VA loans. I have one and I've been hammered by calls from these pigs.
They call my house multiple times a day and since I've asked to be removed from their call list they call and hang up on me when I answer. I'm getting very pissed off. I was wondering if anyone had an address where I can write to them and tell them I don't want to be contacted.
