The thing is if this was LEGIT then they would have your personal info and wouldn't need to ask all those questions. Also we used to have United Healthcare as our company and now we don't. What the heck could they possibly be following up on? I think it is a SCAM! i blocked this number!
The thing is that now we have Blue Cross so what could they be following up on. We don't have them as our healthcare company anymore. It is fishy to me that a company I had several years ago would be following up on me.
Oh I agree! TOTAL SCAM! A company I used to deal with several years ago and now they are calling to follow up? We have Blue Cross so there's NOTHING to follow up on. I added these suckers to the Block list. No more calls!
Well I blocked them because they called twice....no message. We don't have them anymore but now have Blue Cross thank God. So why in the heck are they calling us? I think this is a scam!
