Recieved debt collection calls daily. Explained that I wasn't associated with the debtor company and was not myself the debtor. Demanded removal from call list. Ineffective, contined (but now declined to answer) daily calls.
We're a business and we get a dozen calls a week from these people. Like others, the robo caller says "Hang on for an important message. If this is not so-and-so, hang up". How important is that? Besides, So-and-so doesn't work here. We call them back to complain, and they want to know what number they're calling and what name they're asking for, and for the heck of it, what's my name. We're a BUSINESS! We have a dozen lines. How do I know what number they're calling? And the name they're calling is really weird. I wouldn't know how to spell it.
Anyway, for a really good time, if you want to talk to some really nasty ladies... just call them back and tell them your Mr Benett's mom. I'm sure they would harrass her if they could. She must be very proud.
I have contacted the Attorney General's office in UT, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they care enough to do something about it.
This caller keeps calling and it is obnoxious. They do not give you an opportunity to answer. The message is 'blurred' and you don't have time to write down the number they ask you to call. Total morons. Probably 'Obots'.
