Recieved debt collection calls daily. Explained that I wasn't associated with the debtor company and was not myself the debtor. Demanded removal from call list. Ineffective, contined (but now declined to answer) daily calls.
they have called me numerous times, and it is becoming a nuisance. If they call any more, I will be contacting the Attorney General and letting him handle this. I have to sleep during the day because I work at night, and thus them calling 3-4 times a day isn't allowing me time to sleep.
I got these calls for about five month,finally contracted the attorney general in my state and he got the phones calls stopped but Bennett law wrote him a letter saying i gave the A G false information and was lying, stirring up trouble because i was hiding who they were looking for.could not care less what they think. THE PHONE CALLS HAVE STOPPED.
I got about 20 phone calls from this number in the past 30 min and when it got to the point that i would answer and look and see that theyre calling on my other line i got fed up and decided to call this number you gave here. well i called and i was polite at first and the lady was just a total B**ch and I told her its pretty rediculous how many times they feel the need to call someone and she said its pretty rediculous i dont know how to manage money, these people are rude and disrespectful. I really wish there was someway i could get back at that lady, if anyone has any advice please let me know. Im a stay at home mommy with a 8 month old whyll my husbands in iraq and i have enough stress in my life and i dont need any more from some random lady who thrives off of making peoples lifes hell.
