Recieved debt collection calls daily. Explained that I wasn't associated with the debtor company and was not myself the debtor. Demanded removal from call list. Ineffective, contined (but now declined to answer) daily calls.
We have been getting calls from bennett law for four months,asking if I am so and so, if not call a differ no. then the no. that called.
If I was in utah instead of arkansas they would quit calling
I've stayed on the phone through twenty minute holds and repetitive ID checks. I've called the referred numbers yet I still can't get any information concerning what the call is about. They continue to call up to twenty times a day without resolving anything. I guess the only thing left is to walk through their door, if I can find it, with all the attitude they've created.
11/26/2010: Just got a call from "Bennett Law PLL", 801-432-2935. They wanted "KIDS KLOSET"! The Kids Kloset has been out of business for over three years. May be if they checked with the Florida Secretary of State they could find that out. My number was the former Kids Kloset number and I have had two phone calls today about them. Get a grip people, I am tired of these harrassing calls; and, I have filed a complaint with the FCC with all of their numbers listed for Bennett! The next call that I receive will result in a lawsuit filed against Bennett!
Got a robot call from them asking for mumble mumble. I'm _not_ that person, but I listened up. They then said they were calling to collect on a debt, etc., etc.
