Recieved debt collection calls daily. Explained that I wasn't associated with the debtor company and was not myself the debtor. Demanded removal from call list. Ineffective, contined (but now declined to answer) daily calls.
I contracted the attorney general and no call list, when i heard from the A G!! Bennett law accused me of harboring who they were looking or lying or stirring up trouble and having the information wrong.
That bunch is the one that are the damn lairs!! I don't know this guy and would like to know how they got my name and phone NO>
I am getting repeated calls from 801 432 2935. I am not a business and do not understand why they are calling me. They never identify themselves and repeatedly call our cell phone. I am assuming this is Bennet law from the posts on the web.
I got a letter from these people also, saying I owe $500, which I already know is true due to a shoplifting issue, but whenever I answer I wait and wait! Really annoying. Don't call unless you're really going to talk to me!
