Male caller asked if he could pay by credit card. Since there was some odd background noise, I asked him what company he was with. Said Discovery Research Group and then wanted to speak with a manager.
So, I told him to sod off and blocked the number.
I would believe this number to be spoofed.
Just received a call from this number and as its late and I don't recognize it, had it go to voice mail which no message was left. Thanks for your info. on this scam as I'm ready to play with the callers brain next time they call.
