Male caller asked if he could pay by credit card. Since there was some odd background noise, I asked him what company he was with. Said Discovery Research Group and then wanted to speak with a manager.
So, I told him to sod off and blocked the number.
I would believe this number to be spoofed.
Many calls from this number but no message left. I wasn't sure who was caller since I dont normally give out my cell. After reading these post I now believe that it is a survey from eye exam of California. I had a recent visit and left my cell number so they could let me know when my contacts were in not for any survey or marketing. Frustrating. I wish they would just leave a message. I do think it is eye exam of California. I hope this helps some of you.
Repeated calls on my cell phone. I do not give that number out, whoever they are I suspect they are using a robot dialer that just dials sequences of numbers. They never leave a message, and since I have no connections in that area code I don't answer.
