I got a missed call on my cell phone from this number today. I didn't know who it was so I decided to search for the number online. After reading some of postings above, I think I figured it out. I bought a new phone from T-Mobile yesterday and I was told that I may be contacted by their office for a customer service survey. It is supposed to be something that they do randomly to ensure that their sales associates are doing their best.
I got a call from this number today and the person said she was from Chase - who I bank with - so I called my branch and they asked if I also had an account with Washington Mutual which I don't ... they said they had no idea why I got this call and I can't get back to anyone at that number ...
got three calls in one week from 801-823-2020, says they are from chase bank, asking for me by my full name. called my bank, don't know anything about this.
Received call stating they were calling from Chase Bank regarding a problem with my account. I called Chase directly from the number posted on their website and was told that there were no problems with my account and that they had no record of any branch or department with this phone number.
