I got a missed call on my cell phone from this number today. I didn't know who it was so I decided to search for the number online. After reading some of postings above, I think I figured it out. I bought a new phone from T-Mobile yesterday and I was told that I may be contacted by their office for a customer service survey. It is supposed to be something that they do randomly to ensure that their sales associates are doing their best.
I just got a call from 1-801-823-2020, "UNKNOWN NAME" on the land line phone caller i.d. If they are indeed calling in regards to Chase bank, why are they hiding their name on the caller i.d.? and no message? - Sounds pretty freakin PHISHY to me!! I have already reported this call to the national do not call registry which I have been signed up for for months now. I hope they get in trouble!! :) PLEASE AVOID ANSWERING AND JUST REPORT THEM TO THE NDNCL.
