I got a missed call on my cell phone from this number today. I didn't know who it was so I decided to search for the number online. After reading some of postings above, I think I figured it out. I bought a new phone from T-Mobile yesterday and I was told that I may be contacted by their office for a customer service survey. It is supposed to be something that they do randomly to ensure that their sales associates are doing their best.

Several calls to my cell phone regarding a survey. Each time I said I was not ever interested in participating in the survey. This time I found this website and found the number to call and ask to be removed from their internal do not call list.(801)-373-7735 I hope it works. Good luck. I work in a federal government agency, and they have called everyday this week, and I have nicely explained that I cannot connect them to the official they are asking for. It does not help. Will probably try their do not call list, or make a do not answer note for myself. Haha
