This is BANK OF AMERICA Collections Department. These jerks don't talk to each other ... My home is up for Short Sale, we have an offer and sale is pending, but they keep calling me, at least 5 - 7 times per week. If I haven't paid you in a year, I sure as hell am not going to pay you now !
And before you all start ragging on me for not paying my mortgage, my husband hasn't worked since he had back surgery back in June 2011 and he doesn't get any disability because the surgery was "Elective". So I had no choice but to stop paying mortgage on a house I am not even living in!!
The caller left a message for me using my name and said it was regarding my Bank of America account. My house is almost done completing escrow for a shortsale. The agreement I have with Bank of America specifies that they will not pursue the debt I have with them, yet this is probably 12th call in 3 weeks.
Yes they indeed are using Alias as Santillan Alma to cover themselves so that the call will be answered. I do not know this person so I didn't answer and I looked it up it is linked to BoA supposedly or some debt collection group. now deceit is part of how they will try to contact people. So expect lies and surprise calls from the some bank or collection agency pretending to be a potential friend on caller ID.
